The range includes wooden oval, round and rectangular tables to accommodate from 4-8 people. The classic Devon chair is also available in a combination of wood and fabrics in colours such as oxford stripe, ivy green, navy and terracotta. With its natural resistance to insects and dimensional stability, Kwila rivals other hardwoods such as teak. Like teak, Kwila slowly weathers to a soft silvery grey colour when left outdoors. The fittings on the furniture are specially designed to be rustproof. They are made from steel which is zinc plated and then gold plated. So this furniture can be left outdoors constantly. The fabric used on the Devon chair is called planosol. This is 100% acrylic dralin which is colour fast, rot proof and tear resistant making it possible to withstand permanent outdoor exposure. The fabric only requires a once a year scrub with a slightly diluted bleach. What more than you ask for? It is so easy!
