Wonderland Villas is consisted of 22 towers and most of the units there possessed seaview.
Mr. Thomas Jen, Supervisor of Centaline's Wonderland Villas branch, indicated that there were around 30 units at Wonderland Villas with deck. There were only 5 of such units being offered at $4,300 per sq.ft.
She said that there were around 160 units being offered at the estate at $4,200 per sq.ft. There were 4 transactions up to the 17th of November at $3,600 per sq.ft., a 10% rise compared to that of last month.
