Ms. Cheng said that owners who purchased from the developer at first hand prices of $6,000 to $7,000 per sq.ft. would at present have to face the situation of sales of great losses. For example recently a high-level unit was offered at $5,300 per sq.f

Among units offered for sale or traded at present, some were purchased from the developer at year end last year through February this year. In general the magnitude of loss also reached 5% to 10%.
